Payden began coaching for the Amarillo Rush in 2016. He has coached both boys and girls teams from from 12-18 years old.

Payden played on the very first boys Amarillo Lightning team before the club became Amarillo Rush.

Payden's favorite thing about caching is the sense of family and friendships that each team develops. The player's club career comes and go’s, but the relationships they develop are lasting.

He loves to be outdoors and active. He has a 3 year old Doberman named Duke.
